Refund & Return Policy – Beautè By Brooks


At Beautè By Brooks, we want you to be completely happy with your haircare products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our refund and return policy below:


1. Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at beautebybrooks.enquiries@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds:
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Damaged or Faulty Products:
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for different products of equal value, subject to stock availability.
